Immorality vs Morality by Pst Success Simon

Image
🍒 *IMMORALITY vs MORALITY.* I love how Easy English put Romans 7:8; 7 So then, someone might say, ‘The Law that God gave to Moses must be bad.’ No! Certainly, they are not bad *Without those laws,* I would not have known what sin really is. One rule says, ‘You must not want to take things that belong to other people.’ *Without that rule, I would not have known that it is wrong to want other people's things.* 8 *But that rule gave sin a chance to come into my thoughts. As a result, I started to want all kinds of wrong things. If there is no law to tell us what is wrong, then sin has no power.* Meaning, only you can conceive what you call  sin by the  law of sin and death in your mind. Without your own  law, you will not even know what sin look like.  You will be like Adam and Eve been naked yet no idea of shame. The moment you start accusing others for being sinners, you are just acting like the devil. You are thinking like the devil not God. God thinking i...

For this Purpose by Pst Success Simon

🍒 *FOR THIS PURPOSE.* Where there's error, there's always confusion. Many young ladies and young men messed it a big time because they have been deceived that marry someone you love or someone who loves you and for this reason they missed the goal. The divorce and heart breaking  in 21st century gospel  is more than madness which never happened in the old Testament because the World is pulling down God's foundation and selling their interpretation of marriage to us. In the Old, when you are declared married, that's all. If your husband is a drunkard, he is still your husband. If he is a womanizer, he is still your husband. You have been brainwashed to marry a man who loves you or a woman who loves you and you cannot get anyone, that's why most women are suffering heart break. So I ask, do they hate those they didn't get married to? Does it mean I hate lady B since I don't marry her? Listen careful young man and young lady. We don't marry bec...

Five Christian children killed in Syria Rocket Attack

Image
By Will Maule Five young Christian children have been killed in Syria while playing outside a monastery. The kids, aged between six and ten, were struck by a rocket attack in the northwestern Syrian town of al-Suqaylabiyah on Sunday, May 12. Those behind the attack are thought to be Islamic extremists who were specifically targeting the faith community. "The kids went out to play after some days of calm," Father Maher Haddad, a local priest, told the Associated Press. Then, out of nowhere, there was an enormous explosion resulting in the death of the children and eight others, including a 35-year-old woman. “The deadly silence of the persecution of the Christians of Syria. Terrorists killed 5 children and their teacher in an attack on a Sunday school in Suqaylabiyeh/Hama, in northwest Syria yesterday,” noted “A Demand For Action,” a group that “advocates for the protection of Assyrian/Chaldean/Syriac Christians and other minorities in the Middle East.”

Franklin Graham challenges Representative who said God doesn't belong in Congress

Image
By Lori Anold Franklin Graham took to Twitter this week chastising Democrats for omitting the phrase “so help me God” from witness oaths, and singling out a Tennessee representative who said God doesn’t belong in Congress. “Why has the Democratic Party turned its back on God? @RepCohen of TN said, ‘I think God belongs in religious institutions: in temple, in church, in cathedral, in mosque—but not in Congress,’” said the first of a series of tweets made by Graham on May 14. The tweets were in response to a New York Times article highlighting a new policy by numerous committee heads dropping the traditional phrase “so help me God,” from witness oaths. The Times quoted U.S. Rep. Steve Cohen of Tennessee, chairman of the Judiciary’s Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, taking a swipe at the religious beliefs of Republicans. “I think God belongs in religious institutions: in temple, in church, in cathedral, in mosque — but not in Congress,” he said...

Multi Millionaire Atheist Accept Jesus: Now teaches Christians to live out their dreams

Multi Millionaire Atheist Accept Jesus: Now teaches Christians to live out their dreams Michael McIntyre never believed he would be doing what he’s doing today. Running from Christ since an early age, Michael found financial success in his insurance business. But that all changed one day when his daughter was rushed to the ER. “One day my daughter got really really sick. We took her to the hospital and spent eight hours in the ER and it was really difficult,” he said, according to CBN News. “At the end of the day, we were exhausted - but she was OK.” Michael came home filled with gratitude that he could take his little girl home. Remembering wisdom his mother used to share with him to always thank God, he went outside and expressed his gratitude to God over and over again for an hour. Little did Michael know in that moment how God would radically change him. For years, Michael’s brother and over 1,000 other people had been praying for his salvation. Those prayers were about ...

While I Pray Before Going to Bed By Justin Whitmel Earley

Image
One of my pastor friends told me he gets genuinely sad every evening because there’s always so much more he wants to do with the day. I suspect we’re all something like this. The evening brings me face to face with the reality of my limited life. There’s so much we wanted to do or at least that we felt we should do. We’re frustrated because we had no time for free time. Or we’re embarrassed because we squandered it all on free time. The evening, then, can be a time of severe self-judgment. I often find myself lying in bed and facing the reality that I spent the whole day trying to justify my existence on earth. The scary reality hangs from the ceiling like a bulb that won’t turn off.  Does any of it matter? That’s a worrisome thought, and because of it, I want to tune everything out. And many of us do. A drink sounds nice; two sound better. Sex sounds good; porn is easier. A conversation would help, but binging on TV will let me tune out. Catching up on reading would be re...

True Life Story: What Happened the Day I Failed Pt I By Precious Ejiofor

Image
*True Life Story: What Happened the Day I Failed Pt 1* _By Precious Ejiofor_ It all happened like a dream. It was a beautiful morning that fateful day, I remembered how I could feel. How I had no nights just in anticipation of my performance that day. I was contesting for the Public speaking category of the famous Port Harcourt Shift competition 2019. I have managed to scale through the preliminary stages and so I found myself in the finals. Just few days before the competition on 28th April 2019, I got involved in an accident, and was decorated with stitches all over my body. I remembered how the words of the nurse pierced my soul like a hypodermic syringe; when she said "you won't be able to walk for sometime". But as a fighter I have always been, i never let that news derail my quest for my speaking battle. So the long awaited day came, and I prepared so well for it. Everyone is so scared of failing, cause it hurts alot, I never knew one day, I will absorb ...

True Life Story: What Happened the Day I Failed Pt 2 By Precious Ejiofor

Image
*True Life Story: What Happened the Day I Failed Pt 2* _By Precious Ejiofor_ But one thing was certain, and it was in that my inner joy rose to limelight. I could picture the camera flashes and massive ovation in my mind, because my soul has found pleasure in her ordeal - I impacted lives, souls where touched by my speech and while I was crying I just remembered; and it was enough for me to be happy for the remaining part of the year. So I sensed it was just a platform to inspire more lives; i wouldn't have gotten such podium anywhere so I thought. If i continue crying, and the persons I just finished inspiring and creating a hunger for excellence sees me? After creating a zest for the zenith in their lives? What if they see me and decipher what i said where not true because I was the very first victim of my speech. And so I stood up wiped my tears and smiled. And I told myself,  Failure is the first step to Success. I was not going to give up. The moment you accept failin...

As a matter of urgency in the spirit, this article is meant to reclaim the lost identity and set Babylon on rampage. The New Media as a Tool in Enhancing Democracy in Nigeria by Joshua Nicholas

Image
*The New Media as a Tool in Enhancing Democracy in Nigeria*  _By Joshua Nicholas_ The origin of democracy is traceable to ancient Greek. The word 'Demo' in Greek means people and 'Kratia' means government. These two words  metamorphosed into the word Democracy. As earlier stated Abraham Lincoln defined Democracy as " Government of the people by the people and for the people." These definition could be broken down into three parts with relevant explanations. a. Government by the people refers to Government on behalf of the people. b. Government by the people refers to representative government. c. Government for the people means that government should be carried on by people of high principle, that is, those trusted with the affairs of government should not be politicians who seek to make themselves rich or powerful at the expense of those whom they are expected to serve. Dibie (2012). Democracy as a form of government has long suffered to disguised a...

What Happened the Day I Was Born by Joshua Nicholas

*What Happened the Day I Was Born*  _By Joshua Nicholas_ As I write this article, I just keep looking at my life if really the events before my birth have been tackled in any way by me. At every point in time, the earth recognizes a need, a need for improvement. Let me bring to our notice as we continue this journey that everyone alive on earth's planet, has been given an appointment from Heaven. What really happened the day you were born? You were given an appointment letter from your creator to work in Earth's PLC. Your job description is also given by your employer at a later time in your new organization when you request for it. Take note, the joy of every employer is to see his/her employees make continuous progress in achieving the set goals of the organization. During interview  (your foetus days), He didn't looked for the ones with the best CV, but the one He loved; He didn't also looked for the extra qualities that every employer will want, but He cres...
