WINNERS NEVER QUIT
Winning is not an event.. it is a lifestyle, an
attitude. Winners are not upset with defeat,
they only step on it for victory.
A little girl, the 20th of 22 children was born
prematurely and her survival was doubtful.
When she was 4 years old she contracted
double pneumonia and scarlet fever which left
her with a paralyzed left leg. At age 9 she
removed the metal leg brace she had been
dependent on and began to walk without it. At
13, she had developed a consistent walk which
doctors said was a miracle. The same year she
decided to become a runner to the jeers of her
peers; she registered for a race and came out
last. For some years thereafter, every race she
entered, she came out last. Everyone told her
to QUIT, but she kept running and coming out
last but one day she actually won a race, then
another and then another. From then on she
won every race she registered for. Eventually,
the little girl WILMA RUDOLPH, went on to win
three olympic gold medals and became an
authority in the game of athletes.
Truly winners never quit.
Don't worry about failing, one day you will
start winning!!!

Chinese authorities bulldozed a registered church building July 17 without warning to make way for construction of a new neighborhood and train station. International Christian Concern (ICC) reported that more than 70 police officers and workers showed up to take down the Liangwang Catholic Church building in China’s Shandong province. They lacked the proper documentation, but it didn’t matter. Church officials Gao Rongli, Zhang Siling and Li Xiangmei – who were inside the building -- had their phones confiscated and destroyed. It took only 15 minutes to demolish the building using bulldozers and pickaxes, according to ICC.
